They are like pit bulls - not given to friendly interaction among freely consenting and trading adults. If the Jews did to Arabs what Germans did to them, there would be nuclear explosions all over Arabia with a lot of vacant liebensraum.
In case you really have not noticed genocidal rants from various Moslem "leaders", not to mention decades of murderous attacks, it's the Arabs and Moslems who wish to do the annihilation, not the Jews.

I agree that there won't be uploading of minds - that's a mischaracterisation of how consciousness and intelligence work, not to mention emotions and other human brain functions. We are pretty much stuck with most of our brains, with some tweaking such as intelligence enhancement which seems a very low cost improvement that can be made. Low cost in terms of biological changes needed to accommodate it, like slipping a Snapdragon chip into an iPhone.
Watch the Google Nexus fly. That should be nothing short of phenomenal.
