I opposed it but was not at all sure what the right answer was. You look at all these people in DC walking around looking like they just walked out of a war zone, totally freaked out. You know it has all the makings of a big government boondogle, but looking at them, you see real fear in their eyes. The boondogle, as it turned out, was after the money started coming BACK to the government -- the new administration has decided they're going to blow that money, hell or high water.

I had a similar view on the Afg. war. At this point I don't know whether we ought to get out or do what the generals say. So, I supported Obama's actions for now.

I'm kind of wondering whether we're doing the right thing over there now and sort of wish he had decided just to walk away.
