This is striking: A new national poll finds that fully one third of Democratic voters say that they’re "less likely" to vote in 2010 if Congress doesn’t pass a public option, underscoring the possibility that dropping the provision seriously risks dampening the Dem base’s enthusiasm.

Fantastic news.

We do not need a bunch of ignorant, uninformed people voting. Getting these people to vote is the only thing that put Obama in office.

While the damage Obama has wrought is huge, I'm starting to get a very warm feeling about this situation. People realize what a mistake they made and the chances of a one-term Barack are increasing daily.

The long national nightmare is 1/4 of the way over.
