purecentry: One place to look at would be any of the sub prime lenders that have not yet collapsed (like CTYS had). They report profits but have actual negative cash flows. If the cash window is closed to them, they are cooked geese.

I usually do not go short myself, I just go into cash when I see turmoil ahead (no guts). Thus, I have not a list of specific shorts. I do not know how I got to this thread in the first place, I think a post earlier was earmarked on another thread and that is how I ended up here. Sorry for the disturbance. But by know, I would say some bears are out of hibernation.
