I only see one Director sold 30,000 @ $12.75 on 9/16. insidertrader.com It's hard to conclude anything from insider selling, unless, if MANY insiders sell . This person might have needed/wanted the money and we don't know what % of his/her stocks was sold (he/she might own much more). (Insiders buying is a more reliable indication). Anway as you can see this sale happened on 9/16 (it's just being reported in Oct., there probably was a form 4 filled previously). So it would not have any effect on current prices.
