IMO, COMS NEEDS ASND, but ASND does not need COMS. Sector, I'm confused, as usual. I'm talking about COMS taking out ASND, not vice-versa. That being the case, COMS calls should be irrelevant. As for why the deal makes sense, I could post Maverick's post on the issue but you have already read it. Gary Korn
