<World view hierarchies seem normal.> Well, that depends on what one means... if they are rigid categories one NEEDS to use, before taking in new information, then they can be VERY limiting at best and pathological in severe cases... as seems to be the case here. That's NOT NORMAL... using them as 'benchmarks' OTOH would be normal, which is what I think you mean... in which case I would agree. DAK
