You people have convinced me to try some chocolate in my next chili attempt. Since I still have a package of the Bear Creek Chili mix, I'll start there. So far my plan is to add, in addition to a pound of lean ground beef, one more can of chili beans (mild), a full onion, one chopped bell pepper... and chocolate. How much of it, what kind, etc.?

I just ate the last of my previous batch, after adding more onions. It sure got better sitting in the refrigerator for several days.
