Just read BBY news. Margins tightening is no surprise as they give stuff away I'm sure we'll hear lots more revelations from retailers across the board. I recently inherited a little BKP and a ton of Saul centers but can't sell due to sibling disputes. As my luck goes, I'll be able to unload after mkt reality sets in. Based on TBTF stocks trending down, that day is inching MUCH closer. Maybe hold out til new year or just defore?
