Well, exuberant projections aside, this looks like a quintessential growth company. BIG earning surprise this Q. In the last 90 days, First Call had dropped consensus estimates from .10/share for 97 to .01/share. My guess is that we will now see those estimates return to 10 or better.

Management expects sgnificant revenues to begin in the next Q from the AT&T contract, which will be offset (to some degree) by expenses for opening new call centers. Even if this Q is break even, the company will earn about .11 for 97, so I imagine we will see analysts scrambling to raise earnings projections in the next week.

Estimates for 1998 are .42., which would be roughly a 400% increase over 1997, if the company can manage it. It might be difficult since there will be considerable expansion expenses in 1998.
