It's all in how you get adjusted to the climate, isn't it? My neighbor 7 year old plays out in the freezing cold, covered in snow, even on her face, and seems to be having a ball. I watch through my kitchen window, huddled over my cup of hot coffee and wrapped in a sweater.

I haven't had a beer since August! Beer is for hot weather days! Your neighbor was right about you and your mental state.
