I try to keep this thread as realistic as we can be. I was told that as a thread host I am not the right person to oppose Obama. My reaction to that is "Country first". We should not make the same mistake as we did with Bush/Cheney. You are certainly free and also welcome to post your thoughts here and disagree with others provided the disagreement is expressed in a civil manner. And then let go of the discussion after a couple of rounds with agreeing to disagree. On the global warming issue, it is disturbing to discover those emails. But I will not allow myself to form my opinions with that single incident. I will also like to hear what others have to say and then form my opinions. And by the way, I noticed a response from you where you mention that you were talking about "liberals and conservatives" but instead about the "Dems and the Repubs." I have gone through such a situation myself on this thread and have had a similar response like you did. However, I am sure you are aware that it takes all types to make a interesting community. And the same is true for this thread. Cheers as you post and share your views.
