if i was them, i'd wait until the beginning of Jan to start drilling. south america basically shuts down for two weeks over Christmas (lot of Catholics down there), so why move a crew in for a few days of drilling only to have to pull them out again? get the drill on site and ready to go, and then kick back for the holidays. no big rush imo with the pullback in the POG.

i also thought they weren't going to NR the start of drilling.
