Following my last correspondence with you on AOL, I took a good look at the co. web site, went through the 10K, 10Qs and concluded that I will buy into this stock. Alas, looking at the current spread, I have a hard time taking the plunge. Unlike Zvi Yammer's assrtion that we'll see more buying above .30, I will buy tomorrow if the asked came down to .26, even maybe .27 (with respect to .25 asked). Stated in other words, the current spread (.25-.285), a 14% difference, is unacceptable to me. So, I'll wait and see.
Also, I don't have a clue what the "overhang" and " CLOUD" mean.
Can you explain in simple terms?
