I loved the original Star Trek and the Next Generation one with Patrick Stewart. It did seem as though each episode taught an important principle, the main one being leadership such as we rarely see these days.

I really liked NCIS, but the new episode tonight had me falling asleep. The part I remember smacked of political correctness and had a Marine officer murdered because he converted to "Islam."
Fifteen years ago I would have had no problem with that, but I'm just not ready to have it shoved in my face yet.

I fell asleep and missed the conclusion.
