Michael,

I know several people that have sold their MVPH dividends. Since they were not shown as restricted shares in their accounts they sold them. My question is what will happen if it is the Broker's fault for not knowing they were restricted? Will the stockholder that sold have to buy back or will the broker?

This has already taken place. Now how will it be corrected?
