I made the Rick's chili recipe yesterday. It was excellent, but I cut waaaay back on the barbeque sauce (used only about 8-10 ozs instead of the 32 the recipe called for). The chocolate really does add to the complexity nicely. I also added a little cayenne and tabasco, I assume that's allowed for in the "adjust the seasonings" line....<G>

Really nice, very smoky flavor with the bacon and the barbecue sauce. My son wolfed down 3 bowls and was asking for more.<NG>
