It is strange to think back on him having tried to get through decent healthcare. At this point I have no idea what to think on the good or bad of the bill, but it has what you've mentioned, and doesn't have a mandate, maybe it can be built on. I was getting excited about the drop of the Medicare age. I could go with that as a good thing and something to build on.
