Those long term fluctuations dwarf the current warming trend of the last couple centuries. Its ridiculous to say we're outside of anything thats normal for the earth when the earth was warmer than now only a thousand years ago.

Since you claim to look at warming based on statistics, what temperature range represents the standard deviation bounds of the earth's temperature over the course of the last few hundred thousand years? IOW what is one sigma (forget about 3 stdev's for now) in terms of the earths temperature and are we outside of that? Numbers.
