For this reason we offer you a service that can enable us to identify an equivalent Primarc lamp, or help us to design a new lamp to your specific requirements."
Just Guessing: USHIO is probably the "Japanese competitor" referenced by ILC. Heraeus is also a name that I've come across re DUV lenses.
