He was, but then he agrees that the provision is taken out. We need a President who is decisive - albeit making some mistakes -, and not just giving speeches or lectures.

Obama's fault is trying to be a likeable guy and be loved by all. A President has to have a crocodile skin and cannot please every body, especially Little Joe.
