Doing fractional deconstruction to 2010 forward demand. last 6 months proved effective, inertia is still a big problem in many issues. Big deficits exist across a wide range of issues...deficits in locating what was previously bought, against current compounding of open to buy requirements.....inertia.

under disconnected Supply and demand inertia appears within the routine of managing holistic sum values, alternating between add and subtract to suit those rouge break aways; price zones are to be merchandised.....use peripheral vision to discover long term consolidations....many plays have been held for a long time in narrow ranges.....ignored locates, and the fact of no sellers, characterize some great opportunity..

the absence of volume in a narrow range stock...seemingly consolidated contains important information.
