Here's some stuff to chew on that I think you'll like Kent:

1. semiconductor demand is expected to grow 17% next year - and will continue to grow in double digit rates until 2000 - which bodes well for semiconductor equipment manufacturers:

2. small caps like FSII should do well - record flow of funds into small cap funds and three of four big money managers like the outlook for small caps:

3. Lehman and Merrill both like semi equipment companies:

4. emotions, not rational analysis, are driving fund managers:

An last, like Maya points out, FSII started as a buy by another analyst. This should be a good next few months - and a good next few years.

Best - Joe
