The blueprint for the demise of corporate respect of shareholder equity has been made public. This was accomplished without audited statements, without independent 3rd party review, with ONLY sworn affidavits - and a compliant court. IMHO - This legal precedent will be referenced by corporate con-men to completely eradicate shareholder equity, merely by affidavit. NOT a good day for investors in Canadian equity markets when ALL investors share certificates can be made valueless by a sworn statement.
