C'mon Eric - you are now face to face with the reality of your ideology. CO2 regulation by the EPA via the Clean Air Act requires emitters to utilize "Best Available" control technology. That is the law. What is the technology the EPA will mandate to fulfill their legal obligation? Simply put - there is no commercially proven technology. A minor detail to idealogues. Bob
