May be the imports from China have affected the availability for the Chinese - but if one wants to buy USD he can easily do it on the FX markets I think it is more to boost the USD so their portfolio looks prettier and give some reprieve to EU to make their export cheaper After all luxury items from Channel,Cartie, BMW, MEBE Ferrary, Porshe etc., will be much cheaper in China now <GGG>
