Why do you think it is a sell out to insurance firms and drugs companies Just like Medicare part "D" we cannot buy the same drugs that are cheaper in Canada. Why? Drug industry lobbyists. It is all about that dirty politics. And Obama is willing to get dirty as well, as long as he is in power and plan his every step to get reelected. Maybe we should have a six year one term Presidency. Then the POTUS is concentrating to solve the country's problems and builds his legacy.
