Hi Randy--how are you--and how is the market treating you??

As a value investor, is there anything that you like??

In talking to my Schwab500 trading team over the past week, the impression that I got from them was that they saw a lot of panic selling and buying. I was told that on Monday, during the sell-off people were dumping stocks at any price that they could get and then on Tuesday, the very same people were buying stocks at higher prices -- the very stocks that they had sold the day before. Also lots of margin calls.

Also heard the anecdotal stuff about borrowing on credit cards to buy stocks and all that. Obviously just a limited bit of feed-back -- but the Schwab500 clients are supposed to be the sophisticated investors!!
