Wonderful... instead of being just an American the new bill would establish a new aristocracy with special rights and privileges. This should of course be extended to aboriginals and descendants of slaves. Privileges to be doled out based on a very thorough blood test. A sliding scale tax would then be levied on anyone whose DNA is predominantly white European with a bonus system introduced for everyone who isn't based on testing. The new DNA peerage system will help people atone for past sin of ancestors they have never met and will go hand in hand with past schemes of original sin introduced by the Catholics.
