Until the opportunity to MASSIVELY PROFIT by massaging sub-prime paper and 'magicly' turning it into triple A paper became obvious to Wall Street.

I haven't a CLUE what you are talking about with that last one.

Can you give an EXAMPLE of "how reserve requirements were modified to benefit securitization over 'hold your on' loans"?????????????????????????
