"Fossil fuels are over." Eric - surely you know that is simply not true. What may be over is the American dream. There is a rational left and a looney left. Our national salvation ultimately lies in the hands of the rational left. I would always have put you in that category. If you support EPA regulation of CO2 - you must be able to explain how it works. To explain that - you must be able to define what "Best Available" Control Technology is. Perhaps you could simply admit there is none - so we simply must shut down the world. If that is your position - hey so be it. Just admit it. See if the country would buy it. Bob
