I expect that Siskinds will launch a "new" class action suit against the Former Executives of the "old" Allen-Vanguard Corp. That's the way these actions seem to play out after a co. enters CCAA protection.

And that $900 mil in potential follow-on orders is just an additional kick in the teeth. Wow. What a bunch of BS.
