A holiday tradition is my family is celery casserole. It can be very inspiring. It once inspired my brother to say: "Why mother, this is the best ... ... ... celery casserole I have ever tasted." LMAO!!! A month ago, my wife got it in her mind to make a pot roast. She wanted to do it in a dutch oven, not in a crock pot. As we were eating dinner, I said, "honey, this is every bit as good as the pot roast my mother used to make!" My daughter looked at a friend who was eating with us and said, "that's not a compliment. Grandma was a terrible cook!" I was roaring with laughter, it was so funny.
