Funny you mentioned celery...I just made braised celery the other night for dinner...Got rave reviews and hadn't done it in a long time. Very easy....cut celery, add fresh or dried basil, chicken broth, cook till done, but still crunchy, and thicken a bit with cornstarch and water.... How do you do yours?
