I noticed the wording from different from the former filing. stentor.ca <<<The terminal equipment associated with the Derived Channel will be provided by the service provider at both the subscriber and central office ends of the loop. The connection to the Class 5 switch is a normal two wire, POTS interface. Both the central office and subscriber located Derived Channel equipment must be certified in accordance with Certification Specification CS-03.>>> What's "Derived Channel?"
