I noticed a few things on the list:

1) Senators (regardless of political Party) who received far *above* the average in campaign contributions from Big Pharma = more likely to vote AGAINST free markets in drugs.

2) Senators (regardless of political Party) who hail from BORDER States, where they can be expected to have lots of constituents familiar with the concept and the ease of just driving across the border to buy the same prescription drugs for far less = more likely to vote FOR free markets in drugs.

3) Senators (regardless of political Party) who have big drug manufacturing plants located in their States = votes AGAINST drug imports.

It's 'tha MONEY, honey!
