So what?

Exactly my point. They can call it a fundamental right if they want to, but so what? It doesn't change anything they could force the same policies that they argue based on that idea, without the idea, and it doesn't serve as a relevant response to my point that - "price controls and/or government enforced monopsony buying by the various countries who have lower priced on patent prescription drugs, are themselves a violation of free market principles."
