The other thing about hunters is that they make elaborate preparations before going hunting. They prepare for the best and the worst.


I used to - now I just drive up to a gate and walk in on the gravel road to the clear cuts and hunt from the edge. Since they installed gates everywhere - you just can't get to far in the woods anymore at most places. Thanks Bill Clinton for gating the woods - on the upside there's less competition as the road hunters go elsewhere and get concentrated in places they open the gates once a year.
