i did justice to pan fried foie gras, alaskan king crab leg w/ garlic herb butter, wild mushroom soup, linguine w/ cherrystone clam, chili and olive oil, suffered corkage on our wines, and topped off all with creme brulee to fill in the left over space

the restaurant is 12 floors up in what is an otherwise non descript office building overlooking the bustle of causeway bay

around town there are many such private kitchens operated by folks from all parts of the planet sporting all shades of complexion who really like to cook, of all different sort of foods, and we count our blessings that such folks can experiment before formally apply for troublesome licenses and suffer unnecessary inspections

such private kitchen biz foodeasy.com , civilizations truly, rises and falls on quality and value issues, and the market does the sorting, in tune with pulse of freedom mountain kowloon, and in alignment with force of money rock hong kong

we really do not need the uniformity of mcdonalds and the communism of burger king ;0) for they are pop culture.
