Byrd renounced those views of his youth years ago------in that I believe Byrd is and was sincere. I believe he was as sincere as Obama when he threw Wright under the bus claiming he never heard a racist word after 20 years and said Ayers was "just a guy from the neighborhood." Or as sincere as Obama when he said he would have the most transparent administration ever. That is his level of sincerity. Byrd is garbage just like his President.
