Why finish April 28? That's a Wednesday here. <g> Let's end it on OE April 17, 2009. And to start Round 12 why require saying you're in "anytime before the morning of the 24th" --- rather than before the close? "morning" isn't even as precise as before the opening. Most actions in this game have to be before the close. I suggest, you can make your picks or just say "I'm in for $100" anytime before the close (which is early 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 24, 2009); then you're in with no penalty. Otherwise, you can join with the usual penalty of $1 less than last place, which would be $1.00 less than last place on Friday, January 8, 2010 or later.
