Cheryl,
I'm not counting on there being any restrictions on the shares which have recently been put into the market. Nothing of that nature was told to me by Alexander Westcott. Nonetheless, I am not disturbed by the float being 7 million shares.
I think that the trading activity of the last week reflects a lot of shuffling of shares, which is why I don't think the price reacted to the volume. To the extent there was movement between MMs and then buys from investors, coupled with new shares going into the market, I basically feel that there is no significance to the volume and to the lack of price movement.
I think that things are going to stabilize, in terms of trading, and as the company comes out with financials and becomes a reporting company, the true rise in stock value will occur. It's good to have PR (wording could be better), Alexander Westcott has a lot at stake in this company with its investors, but real numbers and financials is what will be needed. Translation: Be patient, and if you are in this one as a momentum player, it's going to take a while. I'm looking for this stock to go over $1 at some point after it is fully reporting its financials, assuming earnings are what they are estimated to be. I can wait.
