I'm not sure where you got that number but it is NOT EVEN CLOSE.

The cost of malpractice and litigation, maybe. But that is not even a sizable fraction of the cost of liability exposure, which causes an estimated 200 billion in "defensive" medicine. Most docs I talk with say the 200 billion figure is a substantial UNDER-estimate.

Once again, you show yourself to have not the slightest idea what you're talking about.

This legislation may be the biggest payoff to trial lawyers in history.
