A quick question and one request..... Considering there has been discussion in the past about including medical device companies in our picks, what is the status for '10....can we include companies that have to clear their products thru the FDA? IMO, with the tax ruling for such companies in the new medical bill that "appears" will finally be acted on by Congress, they will benefit in the coming year. Also, to make the contest fair in '10 I think it would be nice to allow everyone at least 24 hours after Jim and Nigel post their picks before everyone else has to formally submit their 'winners' for the contest. Not saying that anyone would think of copying from their list........(:>)
