We need to agree first that health care is a right for everyone then work as a country to make sure that it is managed as efficiently as possible. The problem now is that the dems and reps don't even agree on this point.

First, it is not a right. It is a good I purchase, and I spend a lot of hours (days) per year working in order to be able to purchase it.

If you are starting with such a contentious proposition, it is no wonder the process grinds to a halt.
