Oh yes, I noticed. It goes back to my general theme against today's GOP. They are corrupt and represent only a tiny minority of rightwingnuts.

Steele? From his commentaries on Fox, before he was a chairmen, he was a middle of the road type.

The GOP I supported for most of my life was a bigger tent party and it had honorable leaders like Reagan, Bush Sr, Gingrich, & Powell. Now those types of big tent, practical leaders are either gone or are lying low.

I thought Steele was exactly that type...

Instead, the most visible aspect of the GOP leadership today is a tableau of buffoonery and extremism like Steele, Palin, Limbaugh, and Beck

I will grant you that Limbaugh and Beck are on conservative end of the spectrum, you can partially say that of Palin as well, but Steele? Not at all.
