'..anywhere on the net where you are allowed to post feedback to RE news has folks chastising buyers for "buying depreciating assets", "knifecatchers", "you are going to lose your@ss when the shadow inventory hits" etc but who are the real morons here? This ain't 2005 anymore and sure you can point to Detroit but RE busts/booms are all local now imho'

Lots of 'experts' in their ivory tower who never were or every will be in the game. A few of us actually live this stuff, sidestepped the ridiculous bubble and see opportunities unrivaled in our adult lives. I love that almost everybody now is so negative on real estate..permabears and bubbleheads of 2005 alike..talk about contrarian indicators..Mucho counseling for me these days...
