If you CT every person who gets a bump on the head you'll probably save a few lives along the way. But the cost is massive.

Tort reform would have no effect on this. Studies show that quite clearly. This is another example of problem without a solution that conservatives bring up just to clog the debate.

It is essentially the same argument you lost once before concerning the cost of preventive care.

There's that ever present peacockery ...the kind of prevention I was discussing has not been considered...it deals with life style, diet, smoking cessation, education from childhood onward.
