It COULD be done the right way. And that isn't with a big, 2500 page tome of a bill that is focused not on health care but on selling off pieces of the legislation to the highest bidder.

This Florida Medicare Advantage boondogle is the worst provision I've heard of YET. The other states are, in effect, chipping in $30 BILLION to get the support from Florida.

There simply MUST be a constitutional issue in there somewhere.
