SAM, you are correct, except about one thing. it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay back all the debt because not enough money exists to do it! we'd run out of money and debt would still be left over!

but the general idea is right - they need ever increasing debt to keep the banks solvent. it should be clear to all that keeping the banks solvent is the #1 priority of our "hope and spare change" president.
